Gotta love Green Smoothies, right? There’s something so comforting in knowing you can easily whip up a glassful of goodness to fuel & recovery from your workouts with nutritious, tasty ingredients. We’ve decided to put our own spin on a classic Green Smoothie recipe. Here’s the recipe and directions to make your very own Endo Green Smoothie:
Endo Green Smoothie
adapted from MyFitnessPal – Simple Green Protein Smoothie
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 medium kiwi
- 1 medium (118g) banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
Puree spinach and water in a high-power blender. Add banana, kiwi, avocado, and protein powder. Blend well until smooth, and enjoy!
