Endobeautify Launched to Help Users ‘Look’ Good

Designed as a motivational tool that helps people get and stay fit, we understand that demands of modern existence leave people no time to work out. But to provide the illusion of a healthy lifestyle for those slaving away at work, Endomondo proudly announces the launch of Endobeautify. With Endobeautify, the only thing that’s lazy is your imagination!

Because of Endomondo’s social nature — and the fact that workout updates can be posted to newsfeeds on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter — it’s possible for friends and family to see you’ve been slacking off on exercise. But with Endobeautify, you can fabricate a complete fitness history, including workout duration and calories burned, going back five years.

Stuck in a rut running/biking/walking the same old routes? Endobeautify can generate maps to make it appear as if you’ve jogged the streets of London, cycled the Alps, hiked across the Gobi, or even competed in Sochi events. To support your worldly claims, Endobeautify’s imaging software creates plausible photos to be shared on Instagram or across other social networks. Completing the ruse, Endobeautify’s AI engine generates supportive likes, posts and shares to validate your ‘triumphs.’

Endobeautify is available in beta from April 1, 2014. Please write event@endomondo.com if you would like to help us test the new feature.

  1. I love all improvements and new features on Endo but there’s something that would be useful. I’ve done a prove, creating a new female profile, as you can imagine I got lots of friendships requests and notifications liking my workouts, and now I see what I imagined, the timeline is completely a mess!!it is really hard to see friends’ workouts there is one workout in the middle of 20 news, (friendship acceptations, join to challenges, etc etc, ), and I can imagine it is the same in more than 70% of endo users, I always delete my frienship and challenge feeds to people can have a cleaner newsfeed but sure the most of people doen’t do it. It would be great having a filter to select what you want to see. In my real profile is completely clean, because I only have friends who are care of this situation and the most of their feeds are workouts. Please try to do what I did and you will see how messy is timeline and notifications. congrats on your app.

  2. Good joke, i bought it as well and clicked on the comments to find out why endomondo was spending time on such useless functionality :)

  3. I’m really enjoying the theme/design of your website.
Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility
issues? A few of my blog readers have complained about my site
not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari.
Do you have any solutions to help fix this problem?

  4. Nice one, but actually it would be not such a bad thing to actually be able to create workout history, in such case as two or three time my device stopped working or the gps failed me or went out with a flat battery.
Anyway you cant cheat others but you cant cheat yourself.. and i run for myself

  5. No joke: I believed it, until I’ve read the comments. But I asked myself WHY should Endomondo support such garbage?! :)
    Well done!
