Android 8.9.2. Updates News Feed and Friends Tagging

androidNewsFeedWe have updated some of the social features with the latest release on Android app 8.9.2.

It has already been possible to tag friends you’ve done a workout with, add photos and a status message right from the app after the workout is finished. With the new Android version, these actions are visible also in the News Feed. You can also view photos in a full screen by clicking on them.

Tagging friends is now much easier and faster, because the app auto-detects friends you have been working out with (same route at the same time) or suggests recently tagged friends.

We made challenges clickable in the News Feed, so you can now join a challenge easily right after you read that your friends joined some and let the peer-pressure (in the most positive sense) begin.

You can download the Endomondo Android app here.

every thing is fine, but if we have to pay for PRO app- why this is so annoying,
I can anderstand, this is only app for the phone, and 10m on 1km error- is within the limit of error, but when I ran not iven 2km, and Endomondo in the phone tells me 3KM- definitely is something wrong..You must fix it

Are you going to update the Blackberry port?
In the old Blackberry app you could play music directly thru Endomondo, why is this not done in the Android version?

I have several GPS problems after downloading the new version for my Android phone. GPS tracking isn’t accurate anymore. Would like to have the old version back.

  9. Why you are not supporting BLE? World best selling smartphones support this technology, Endomondo competition support it too…

    • Same problem, didn’t think that there is possibility to have BLE support in android, but not in Endomondo. It seem to be a basic feature for me…
