It’s on: Discount on Premium for PRO Users
We have now introduced a discount on Premium annual plan for PRO users. It has taken us a bit longer than we expected due to technical difficulties but it’s ready now. Users that have a PRO app associated with their account will get $4.99 in discount the first year when upgrading to the annual plan.
How to apply a discount?
You just need to be logged in at Endomondo.com with the same account you use for the PRO app and when you hit ‘Upgrade’ in Subscription Settings, the $4.99 discount will appear automatically, as shown in the picture.
PRO users that upgraded to the annual plan before this change will get 6 months extra added to their subscription free of charge. PRO users that upgraded to the monthly plan before this change will get 2 months added for free. The date when your subscription will renew next time is visible under your Subscription Settings on Endomondo.com.

Here are more detailed terms for the discount and “extra months”:
The discount can be applied by all PRO app users signing up for an Annual Premium plan only – the discount will only apply the first time you sign up for Premium.
The extra months for existing Premium members do not apply to users who signed up to Premium using a coupon code, such as the Earndit 3 month free trial coupon. However, you can cancel your subscription during the trial and when you free trial ends, you can sign up for the Annual plan and apply the PRO app discount.

Hi there. I am a PRO user and made a Premium subscription on 13th of Dec but the renewal date hasn’t changed. Is there somebody that I have to contact or I just have to wait for the extension?

Hi, are you logged in with the account you use for the PRO app version?
Yes… I log in using my facebook account on the app and on the pc. I’ve never logged in using the email attached to my google play account. Do you think that could make a difference that it’s not the email address I paid for the app with? I wonder if this happens to other people that paid using a gmail address on android that they never actually use for anything other than google play? I’ve never ever logged in to endomondo with that gmail address though.
Just answered my own questions. I quickly set up an endo account with the original gmail. It makes no difference. I still don’t get the discount.

I was till now in the monthly plan and have changed to anual. But it says USD 19.99/year (USD 1.67/month) and the subscription will renew next time : 18. Dezember 2013. So 1 year and no bonus? Or is the price reduced?

AHA!!! I solved it! When I first went on to the upgrade screen it didn’t look like the picture above. I had to hit upgrade again and then the discount details showed up. And I finally parted with some pennies to subscribe. Thanks for the discount :)
I was initially against this completely but I’ve read so many really good counter arguments and I’ve really enjoyed using this app for the last few months. Thanks for your hard work.

Any news about endomondo pro for symbian belle?
I’ve gone to check for the upgrade and not seeing any discount. I’ve got the PRO app version, logging in as the same user but no discount :(
Ignore my above post. It’s deceiving. Initially the screen doesn’t show a discount. But when you you click the Upgrade button again, it then shows.
Is this still valid? I wouldn’t have even known about it, but when I went to upgrade just now it auto populated and then told me it was an invalid code. I’m actually using this site pretty regularly now, and I like it considerably more than Strava or Garminconnect, so I wanted to throw in my support, but I’d still like a discount if I can get it :)

Also, the comment login as facebook just below this window redirects to a wordpress URL that says “hola mundo” so I think that’s broken too.

still a bad idea. you should bundle pro and premium or even make it a single product with a single name. now you just seem greedy and evil. i wanted to buy pro to use all the premium features but the way you handle this whole thing just makes it completely senseless. bye bye endomondo.
