Movember, the month formerly known as November, raises awareness about cancers affecting men. We see it also as a great opportunity to celebrate life by doing some hardcore workout. Whether you are sporting a ‘stache’ or not, Movember is time to get down and dirty in blood, sweat and tears. (sweat is good enough :-) This goes to you, gents: Have you done any special workouts this month?
